Deflectored SY1083 makes a fine sight, storming the short gradient up to the exchange sidings
at Pingzhuang in January 2008. There are several potential photo spots, but trains are few and far between.

Well turned out, SY 1083 waits to take coal at the stabling point.

Awaiting their fate - the JS locos from Yuanbaoshan were stored at Pingzhuang in January 2008.

SY's are great - that chimney just says "steam loco" - even when the loco itself is not entirely in the picture.

Sadly these days, all Chinese steam locations have an increasing stock of relics that will never "fly" angain.
